Steve is owner/manager of several businesses inside the historic First National Bank Building at 100 W Market; My Digital Conversion, Mulberry Thrill, and First National Coworking that is soon to be re-opened. Inside is a “Free Little Library” curated by the Milanof Schock Library. Steve also manages the 32 spring and summer planters on Market St, in addition to other beautification projects in town.

Bob came to Marietta in 1972 just after Hurricane Agnes. He started his career as an American History teacher at Columbia High school, and in 1976 he started his real estate career. In 1988, he opened Donegal Real Estate. In the same year he and his wife, Joyce, opened the former River Inn Bed & Breakfast on Front St. Bob is a real estate broker, PA Certified General Appraiser, and Secretary of the Marietta Boat Club.

Molly is the owner of Molly’s Courtyard Cafe. She grew up in York, Pa, where the cafe originated. She has since moved her coffee shop to Marietta and has made this her home. The river and the community have captured her heart and she is so proud to raise a family here in this quaint town.

Susan spent 30+ years of her career in several operational roles at Transamerica Insurance Company. Deciding to retire and pursue her interest in design, she and husband Mark found Marietta - the perfect town to pursue their dreams of work and community connection. Susan owns Second Hand’s a Charm LLC and specializes in furniture refinishing and interior design. Susan annually decorates town planters for the winter holidays.

Suzanne’s career began in 1996 California as a mural artist. Her career later continued in NJ, painting for a host of clients. She currently resides in York, PA. In 2018 she launched an artist collective, Naked Chick Art, inside York Central Market. In April 2022, she opened The Artful Nest storefront in Marietta.

Abby was born and raised in Lancaster County with family ties in Marietta. She is co-owner of the first National Bank Building and spends half the year restoring it with a plaster trowel in one hand and a paintbrush in the other. Abby’s best known as “the ice cream lady” a.k.a. owner of Mulberry Thrill Outdoor Café.

Marita retired from USPS as Financial Analyst in 2015 to pursue her passion of creating art. She competes in regional Plein art competitions; is the owner of MH Art Gallery run by 6 artists; cofounder of Marietta Art Alive which organizes River Towns Plein Air and other juried art shows; and also co-owns Susquehanna Art Workshops, bringing top notch art instruction to Marietta.

Tina and her family reside in Marietta. She enjoys working in her studio and garden growing veggies, plants for dyeing, basket weaving & cotton for spinning. With almost 30 years teaching in Waldorf Education, she continues to bring a love of fiber to Marietta and beyond through her shop, River Town Knits which shares space with daughter Lynnea’s bookstore, StoryKeeper LLC.

Gillian (with a hard g) is a Lancaster native and Marietta resident since 2017. An artist and tarot reader, she opened River Pearl Studio in December 2024. Gillian worked in local small businesses for 15 years and is thrilled to now run a space of her own with the help of family and many talented collaborators. In her free time you’ll find her at events with partners and friends or lounging at home with a pile of cats.
